Radiesse Brazilian Butt Lift

Are you hoping to achieve a rounder and fuller shape, but are hesitant when it comes to surgery? Good news! There is a non-surgical, minimally invasive option for enhancing your buttocks: a Brazilian butt lift with Radiesse!

Ask us about the Brazilian Butt Lift

Radiesse Brazilian Butt Lift

What is Radiesse?

With traditional Brazilian butt lifts, fat is harvested from other parts of the body and then injected into the buttocks. Radiesse is a filler and biostimulator that is instead injected into the buttocks, lifting and augmenting this area of the body while also being minimally invasive and non-surgical. This makes a Radiesse BBL an excellent option for patients who:

  • Want a bigger butt but don’t have enough fat for a successful fat transfer.
  • Are not comfortable with surgery or are not ready for the surgical recovery.
  • Are interested in a subtle lift, volume increase, and cellulite reduction.

What’s more notable about a Brazilian butt lift with Radiesse is that it provides both immediate and long-term results. It stimulates elastin and collagen similar to another filler option called Sculptra and it provides an instantly fuller result similar to hyaluronic acid. Perhaps best of all, the post-procedure limitations are minimal, meaning you are back to most activities the same day with little to no discomfort.

How long does Radiesse BBL last?

Radiesse provides an immediate filling effect and its filler can create Brazilian Butt Lift results that last up to three years, while the collagen your body stimulates from the Radiesse can last over five years.

Why do you use Radiesse BBL instead of Sculpta BBL?

We use Radiesse because we want to make sure our patients receive a long-lasting natural result. While Sculptra for BBL is still a legitimate procedure, we focus on providing optimal results, which is what Radiesse delivers. Radiesse induces types 1 and 3 collagen, along with elastin, which provides the softest and most natural feeling result, while also helping to tighten skin and improve texture. Sculptra, on the other hand, produces types 1, 2, and 3 collagen. Type 2 collagen notably is fibrotic which typically results in a harder feeling butt. Type 2 collagen is also what is mainly responsible for many patients who receive Instant BBLs with Sculptra to be left with nodules or worse in some cases, granulomas. Because Sculptra also works on an inflammation cascade, it can leave behind an odd purplish hue discoloration in some patients. This is not seen when Radiesse is utilized for instant BBLs because Radiesse doesn’t require triggering an inflammatory reaction from your body to produce collagen.

Patients are typically more satisfied with Radiesse Buttlifts which can deliver results almost immediately, while Sculptra butt-lift results take about 3-6 months to complete the collagen induction process. There are also odd cases where some patients are considered “non-responders” and simply don’t produce any noticeable collagen induction months after being treated with Sculptra. At S&N Aesthetics, we strive to deliver an optimal and safe experience with non surgical BBL results that will have you walking away satisfied with a beautiful peach that will last for years to come.

Can the Radiesse BBL be dissolved?

No. Radiesse is not a hyaluronic acid-based filler, and therefore cannot be dissolved. However, the results and BBL recovery time from this procedure are quick, natural, safe, and effective. While temporary fillers for women and men’s BBLs like hyaluronic acid-based fillers only last 1-2 years, hyperdilute Radiesse BBL filler lasts 3 years and stimulates the body's production of collagen which can last up to 5 years.

How do I know how many syringes I will need?

The number of syringes of Radiesse needed for BBL depends on each patient’s aesthetic goals and physical needs. On average, the number of syringes necessary to create natural-looking volume and enhancement is 10-20. To fill in hip dips, at least 6 syringes are needed. When you have your initial consultation with one of our providers, they will consider your desired results to decide the total number of syringes needed.
